Our Story

Promo Pack Ottawa grew out of a simple need: trustworthy, local production support that understands both storytelling and business goals.

After working in media and communications for years, Daniel Reacher saw many teams struggle with DIY content that took too much time and didn’t deliver the desired impact. He launched Promo Pack Ottawa to provide an alternative: streamlined, professional production with a clear process and transparent pricing.

Today, Promo Pack Ottawa brings together a small, flexible team of videographers, editors, photographers, and audio specialists. We scale up or down depending on project size while keeping a single point of contact for you.

Led by Daniel Reacher

Daniel oversees each project – from first conversation to final delivery. His role is to:
